Flexible and adaptable, offering me a reliable means to pack and carry my various pieces of equipment in the Australian bushland was the primary reason to purchase this item. Now that it’s in my possession, I am really pleased with it. Ostensibly it’s a water bottle holder with a decent pouch on the side for complementary storage. As well, I am seeing it being perfectly suited for a gas stove, cup and powdered/dehydrated food. The molle attachment makes it a great fit for putting it on my Army belt or onto a backpack. Now that I have this one in an Olive Drab colour, it’s perfect for my webbing belt. I am also considering buying another one or two, perhaps in black, to use as external attachments to a backpack. For such things as cooking involving gas and liquid fuels, items that you don’t want to place inside your backpack.
Bigger than expected, this is big enough to fit my large yeti rambler.
